The owners for certain are working very hard to bring you the best stay possible. Even in the little details like fresh flowers on the table and super soft linens. The room was cleaned daily which was such a nice supprise to us. The bed was a nicer smooshy memory foam one and not the one of those ones with crunchy springs we all dread. ...the winnagersheek beach is just beautiful and so close and so safe for littles...we would consider staying in the future
For what I needed, this place was perfect. I was in town for a wedding and this place was so much cheaper than anywhere else in Gloucester. My room was clean, including the bathroom, and when the AC was having issues, one of the owners helped me fix it very quickly. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Gloucester.
Our stay was great! It was clean and smelled nice. It was so appreciated to have the cleaning staff come in each day and tidy up, it made returning each evening very pleasant! The location worked great for us and was close to the beach!
Perfect spot for local fishing boats . Centrally Located to everything with 5-8 mins . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Found my new go to spot for fishing accommodations.
This is an excellent place to stay for many reasons: the owners are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The location is 5 seconds from Rt 128 and maybe 5 minutes from downtown Gloucester. We stayed in "The Cabin" which is very roomy. The deck is small but secluded. The bathroom has plenty of shelf space and good water pressure/heat. The only reason this review is a 4 instead of a 5 is the bed. It's big, but the mattress is fairly worn out and sunken in a couple places. Plus, the center supports in the frame are wobbly and in good "toe stubbing" locations. However, I would stay here again in a hot second.
This is a small, family-run motel. The room was quite small, but very clean and everything we needed for a one night stay. It was very quiet and sleep came easy. The value is very good, and I have no problem recommending it.
Nice Motel in the Wingaersheek Beach area. The setting is wooded, and area safe and yet directly off of highway exit but doesn’t feel that way. Very quiet, except for owls and birds chirping that make the setting even more likable. The rooms are Comfortable, and well appointed, allowing for a very clean and comfortable home-like atmosphere. Bedding and linens are of higher quality, as are the toiletries. Kitchenettes provide everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal, from pots & pans & cutlery, dishware and glasses to potholders and dishtowels. Owners are kind, accommodating and children friendly, live on-site and are available to offer a friendly and hospitable stay at this not so average Inn & Motel!
I stayed here for a weekend trip and it was very clean and cozy. It honestly felt like I had my own apartment. The folks who manage this Inn are very kind too! The location is great and I will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended. Support your local businesses!
